Get a quote for the work your property needs
Empire quotes pest control and wildlife removal around the problem, the property and the work required. Tell us what you have noticed, where it is happening and whether treatment has already been attempted. We can then explain the next step and what information or inspection is needed to prepare a quote.
What affects the cost?
- Pest and evidence: sightings, noises, droppings, damaged packaging or a visible entry opening help identify the inspection needed.
- Property size and affected areas: the number of rooms or units matters, along with whether activity is limited to one area or reported throughout the building.
- Access: attic access, roof height, wall openings, locked rooms and occupied units can change the work involved.
- Previous work: tell us about recent treatments, traps, sealing or repairs so we understand what has already been tried.
- Follow-up and prevention: monitoring, additional visits, entry-point sealing and repairs need to be described in the proposed scope.
Questions to ask before approving work
A useful quote explains the work in plain language. Confirm the areas to be inspected or treated, preparation required, appointment access and any follow-up. Ask whether sealing, repairs, cleanup or additional units are included or quoted separately. Confirm the total and applicable tax before the job begins.
Mice and rat control
Have the property type, affected floors and location of activity ready. For entry-point work, ask which openings have been identified and what sealing is proposed. Mouse control and rat control can require different inspection and access arrangements.
Bed bugs and cockroaches
Tell us how many rooms or units are affected, whether there are shared walls, and whether preparation or tenant coordination may be difficult. Confirm how follow-up is handled for the proposed bed bug or cockroach treatment.
Ants, wasps and other insects
Describe where the activity is located and whether a nest or trail is visible. Height, access and the location of activity help us assess ants, wasp nests and hornets. Avoid disturbing the area to obtain a closer photograph.
Wildlife removal and damage repairs
Explain the noise, entry location and building area involved. Removal, exclusion and damage repairs are related tasks but can have different scopes. Confirm the materials and openings covered by the repair quote.
What to have ready when you call
- Your city, property type and contact number.
- The pest or signs noticed, and when activity began.
- The affected rooms, floors, units or exterior areas.
- Any access restrictions, previous treatment or planned repairs.
- Clear photos you can take without moving into an unsafe area.
Residential and commercial quotes
For rental properties, tell us who will coordinate access and preparation. For businesses, describe operating hours and the areas that need attention. We can discuss the inspection and service arrangements appropriate to the site.
